Belltown condos -- 13 story high-rise -- I developed most of the exterior envelope detailing, coordinated the work of structural and mechanical consultants, researched building and zoning code requirements, and managed production of construction documents.

Greenwood condos -- elevation rendering -- Restaurant/retail plus 51 residential units with underground parking -- I was the designer and project manager for this job from start to finish. I was also responsible for permit expediting and shepherding the project through a public design review process.

Greenwood condos -- entry canopy detail -- In response to construction scheduling constraints, I worked with the structural, electrical, and building envelope consultants to come up with a design that could be installed and wired after all of the building cladding and waterproofing were in place.

As an architect my particular focus is getting the details right: synthesizing information from various sources (clients, builders, engineers, manufacturers, codes), making sure plans are well coordinated, and making sure the parts of a building work together as an efficient and elegant whole.
